Does anyone know if Korea has a weight requirement that adoptive parents must meet?

I know that China does but I'm confused about Korea only because out of the handful of agencies that I've been checking out, only one mentioned that there was a weight requirement. This one agency even posted the BMI chart that would be used.

It all depends on which Korean agency your adoption agency works with. My agency, which works with Holt, doesn't have a weight requirement. Agencies working with KSS don't have one either. If your agency works with eastern or SWS, they will have a requirement. See the following link for helpful information:

DH and I adopted our daughter through KSS, and there is no weight requirement. However, the placement agency that works with KSS will now only place children with families in MI and OH since that is where they are located. I'm not sure how long that restriction will be in place (we're in WI, so not good news for us)
