If you have a referral through SWS and are waiting for a travel call, could you please share with me your referral date and when your agency is telling you to expect to travel?

Or, if your child recently came home from SWS, how long did you wait for the travel call?

We officially accepted our son's referral 11/27/06 and I'm trying to get a good idea of when I should expect to leave for Korea.

Our daughter came home on September 29th. We received her referral on June 8th (so 3 1/2 months after referral). We had a hold up on our I-600 due to the slow Atlanta office, so it could've gone faster. We received our I-600 on a Tuesday and got the travel call the next day--they were just waiting for that!

We accepted the referral for our daughter on 10/11/06. We received our travel call on 11/30/06 and we were on our way to Seoul 2 days later! We met our daughter & her foster family on 12/4/06 and we became a family for keeps at SWS on 12/6/06, home on 12/08/06.

I hear ya...we got out I600 approval on Jan 5 and no call for us yet either. It's very hard to think of him just waiting for us...
