Agency to place in ND
Could anyone tell me if there is an agency that will place Korean children with North Dakota families. I ahave not been able to find one. There has to be one right?

I don't have the answer to that being from WI, but I know on the main page of adoption.com there is a search engine for getting a listing of adoption agencies by state. You could take a look at it and see if there are any that you have not contacted yet.
