Depends a lot on what state you live in. I am in NY and would recommend our agency (they deal with NY, MA, PA, and NJ). You can pm me if you'd like more info!

I would be happy to give you the name of our agency in MN. They work mostly with MN, WI and IA but do soem adoptions elsewhere if you are willing to take a waiting child. PM me if you want more info.
