adopting siblings

I am looking for information about adopting Korean siblings. Is this common? Does it dramatically increase the wait time? Are there always medical conditions associated with this? Are the medical issues minor? Is this even allowed by the Korean government? etc. etc. etc. Thank you for any advice and information.
