Looking for Birth parents. HELP!

My name is Michael Just-Cornelius. My birth name is Kook Hyuen Kim. I was born in 1981, I think, and was adpoted in 1988. I am new to this and think I am ready to begin this journey. I do not have any other information and do not know where to start. If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate it.
