Bill Martin adopted half black/korean boy 1976
I am looking for my half brother. My mother's name is Chong and she put him up for adoption when he was 4 years old. He went by "Jerry" and was born January 29, 1972. He was adopted in November 1976 by a man named Bill Martin. I think Bill was in the military and stationed at Kadena AB at the time. He was also married to a Korean woman (I think) and hometown was up north somewhere...maybe wisconsin. That's all the info I have.
