searching for birthfamily, DOB 8-31-78
I was adopted when I was 2 months old. My adoptive parents actually came and got me in Paducah, KY. All I was told was that my mother and father were both 16 years old and it was done through what was then the Welfare Dept. I am a recovering drug addict and this can be genetic (in a sense) sometimes. If you have any information, please let me know. My adoptive mother died when I was 15 and I have two kids now that I would love to have a grandmother.
