New change in getting background (non-id) info in Ky
as of the last legislation session, a change in the way background info can be obtained has been made
Please check www.kyadoptions.com for the latest info. Also please register with the Ky Adoption Reunion Registry while you are there. Search help is also available. We are very glad to have work with our Ky Legislative Session in 2003 and after two years, the law has been changed for release of background info.
