Please has any one worked with CWA or Adoption Ark? Can any one recommend an agency for Kazakhstan?

we are on our second adoption using Little Miracles. Right now, we are waiting in region waiting to travel!

We are in the research stage and would like information on Kazakhstan. I have read that agency is extremely important. The only agency I am familiar with is CWA but know nothing on their Kazakhstan program. We are at least a year away from starting but would love to know where I could find more information.
