Greatly Appreciate Agency Advice
Hi all...I'm new in the forum. I see that agency commentary must be done privately, so I appreciate any comments, advice or caveats.
We're US expats living in Dubai, so it will be doubly helpful if you're familiar with agencies who have experience catering to expats. We're currently exploring three agencies...I don't know if I'm allowed to put their names in this posting or not, so someone please advise! Many thanks in advance!

You are allowed to list the names of the agencies you are interested in looking at. After that all of the commentary must be done in private messaging. That is how this board works anyway. You may also want to see if Kazakhstan has a Yahoo adoption group. Those groups are usually heavily trafficked and you can get advice rather quickly. Best wishes, Amy K, NJ
