Hi. My husband and I are in the initial stages of exploring adoption (were thinking Kaz, but from the looks of things slowing down, we are also considering Kyrg). I have been looking into MANY agencies and was hoping some of you would be willing to share your agency experiences (both good and bad) to help us in picking the right agency for us. I am interested in how organized the process was, how the communication was at all points in the process, how long the process took (or how long you have been in the process), how accurate were they on the estimated cost, how well organized your travel was and any major bumps along the way, as well as anything else that might be helpful to us. I have narrowed my search to (but not limited to.......)
