criminal check
Hi, We are new to the board and just beginning the process. We have decided on Kaz but have a concern. My DH had a second degree misdameaner charge from when he was 19 that has been expunged. Will that make it so we cannot adopt from Kaz??? We feel this is the right spot for us and want this so bad. Any comments would be very helpful.

Go ahead and see if it turns up on your FBI report, I would guess if it was expunged that it won't and you'll be fine. Good luck!
