Document Translation Rates
Can anyone tell me what are the rates they are paying for translating their documents (medical, legal, post-placement reports, etc.) or if one can pay directly to the translator for the dossier translation or has to go through an agency?

The dossier has to be translated by someone approved by the Kazakhstan Embassy.

We paid $1,800 in May 2007. In June 2007, the rate went up to $2,800. I don't know what others charge.
