Delays in the MOE?
My dossier went to the MOE by the end Oct. Don't you think that it is quite a long time? Is anybody in a similar situation?

I heard that the MOE was not releasing any more dossiers as of December or so. Maybe your dossier got caught in that hold-up. Apparently they felt that too many people were adopting from Kaz. Hopefully they will start releasing dossiers again now that it is 2008.
