I was under the impression that they closed.

Anyway, FRUA is a great place to ask about agency reputations for Kaz and Russia. Its much more active than this board. I don't think I'm allowed to post the link but just google FRUA adoption.

Ok, I think I can say this on this site as it doesn't pertain to a specific agency. IF you are considering a photolisted child in Kaz who is an infant or toddler and not special needs, you WILL NOT recieve that child, referrals are not legally recognized in Kaz, no one can hold a child for you and anyone who tells you that they can assure you that child will be there is lying to you. Please look at the Agency Research board on Yahoo and Frua before making any decisions about agencies for Kaz.

Ok, stepping off my soapbox now, I'm sorry, I've just seen so many heartbreaking stories.
