Post Placement Reports
In addition to the dossier form that my wife and I have to sign stating that we will comply with post placement reporting to the Kaz government, our adoption agency is requiring our homestudy agency to sign off on a form stating that the homestudy agency will comply with the post placement reporting until the child is 18. The homestudy agency is reluctant to sign it because their perspective is that they have no control over what we do regarding compliance with the reporting. Has anyone else encountered this kind of situation? If so, how was it resolved? We'd hate to have to start over...

I think it was our social worker who signed that paper. Maybe you could talk to him/her about it. No one seemed to have a problem with it at our agency. We also pre-paid for 3 post placemant visits. I'm sure it will work out.
