MAPS or Wide Horizons?
Has anyone used either of these agencies? (I know Wide Horizons has just started a Kazakhstan program, so I don't expect alot of feedback on that one!)

I don't have any experience with either of these agencies but as general agency advice for Kaz I would always go with an agency with lots of experience and connections in Kaz. Connections are not necessarily important for adopting from some countries but in Kaz they are vital, your incountry facilitators are everything. Also, make sure you never go with an agency that is promising you a certain child from a photolisting, especially in the case of a healthy infant.
