traveling to Kaz w/3 yr old
Hi, we adopted our son Jabari 2 years ago from Astana, we are in the process of adopting another baby from Kaz, Jabari will be 3 by the time we travel, we have his U.S. passport, my question is, will he be able to go back to Kaz without getting a visa, would we use both his Kaz passport & the U.S. passport? I didn't know how that would work since he is a dual citzen. Thanks!

With a 3 year old
Hi Ann,
We traveled last year with our 3 year old (also adopted from Kaz) to adopt our son. Our coordinator suggested getting her a U.S. passport and then getting her a visa for the trip. We didn't even bring the Kaz passport. It was a handful to bring her, but so worth it! And the dfivers, coordinators, orphanage director, caregivers loved her over there, so she was entertained .
