Regardless of the age Kaz will allow, you have to be aware that the U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act, a law which is administered by the USCIS, does not allow a single person to bring an adopted child to the U.S. if he/she is under 25. Married couples CAN be under 25 in certain circumstances.

The youngest you can adopt in Kaz is 6 mos.
