Hi all! I'm new to the forum and just getting started in my Kaz adoption research, so I must ask the newbie question Does anyone have recommendations for agencies that do Kaz adoptions? I've been doing my own research online, and am especially interested to know if anyone has used the agency Reaching Out Thru International Adoption (I live in Southern New Jersey and they happen to be located near by). But, all recommendations are welcome and desired. If possible, please include in your e-mail why you were so pleased with your agency. What are their strengths and weaknesses, if any.

I was recently told by one agency that they do referrals. My husband and I would prefer going to Kaz "blind", without a referral. So, I'd prefer an agency that uses this approach.
