I have pretty much decided to switch from Bulgaria to Kaz. My agency works with Uralsk region. If anyone has adopted from that orphanage (the one that has 2 - 3 year olds) can you tell me what the days are like when you visit the orphanage? I heard you spend about 6 hours a day there, in 2 visits. What do you do while at the orphanage ( it will probably be February when I am there) Are you stuck in a 20 x 24 foot room for 6 hours? Also, what do you do in the evenings? Can you leave the hotel / apartment, or are you advised to stay inside? I will have to bring my 4 year old daughter on the trip, so I am trying to mentally prepare for the journey!

Also, how did you know when to book your return flight home? The early information I received said the trip would take 27 - 30 days. Did you book it for 32 days later and move the flight up if you were done sooner?

Sorry for all the questions, but I am a little stressed about the trip!
