Hello.
Has anyone ever lived in Kazakhstan for a period of time, becuase of work or international aid volunteer work etc.?

Also, have you chosen to adopt while you were living abroad and then, after a period of time returned to either Canada or the USA?

I am very curious about you made this decision and how you worked out the infinitely complicated details.

Please share your stories, there are so many ears and eyes, listening and watching, hoping and waiting, for your stories to be shared, so that our own decisions can be that much easier.

I know of a family that lived in Almaty, Kaz for several years because of the husband's job. I've lost touch with them, but I think the mom still posts on the FRUA chat page. I suggest you post this same question on that website and see if she contacts you.
