Have to use agency?

From what I understand you don't have to use an agency for anywhere. Think about being in a foreign country and not knowing the language and protocol and little extras that get you in and out. I know of a couple who went through a church and were so lost they came home empty handed. I would want an escort 24 hours a day who knew the ropes, and how to open closed doors. The paperwork alone can be frustrating. This should be fun and is for me. I'd rather feel safe and know what I'm in for.
