Joseph born 7-26-69 Wichita, KS
Hi, I am looking for my adopteed brother born on July 26, 1969 in Wichita, KS. From what I have found out he was placed with DDS before being adopted. I was also placed with DDS in 1965 but because papers weren't signed wasn't adopted. His name would have been Joseph Portrey I believe. The birth certificate would be Patricia Jean Magers and Frank Lawerance Portrey.
I have located both Frank and Patricia and found out that there was another birth brother living with them. He is a few years younger than Joseph. I am currently looking for my birth sibling born 7-26-69. He was born in Wichita, KS and was called Joseph. His biological mother would be Patricia Magers and Father I believe would be Frank Portrey. He was put with DDS before being adopted. I was also put into foster care as well. He also has a younger brother currently living with birth family which I have located.
