Looking for birthparents/ male dob 03/23/87

My husband was born in levenworth, ks on march 23rd 1987. his mother was pretty young and decided it would be better if she gave him up for adotion. the adotion agency used was catholic charities and he was adopted by a family in missouri. if you have any information please contact me. thank you
