Looking for Sister born in April of 1986 Wichita, KS
Hello,
I feel like this may be a long shot but it is worth trying. I am looking for my birth sister who was adopted. She was born in Wichita, KS on February 2, 1986 at Wesley Medical Center. Anyway, we would love to locate her, we all feel like a part is missing. I never got the chance to experience having a little sister. I just hope she is willing to meet us all. She is an african american girl, born Ciera Nicole Smith however I believe the adoptive parents call her Stacy. Birth Mothers name is Patience D. Smith.
