i am searching for a daughter and a son that i adopted out in kansas.years were 1981 and 1985. they were adopted by same couple. both were born in wichita ks...my name at the time of there births was janice tallent...the adoption was done by a private lawyer of the adopted parents.

HI! I don't know if this will help but she is right you need to contact the agency that did the adoption.
I have a half sister that was adopted in ks. but born in okla. My amom called the place then they contacted them and she called my amom.
Hope it helps!
