ISO: girl, born 1/27/1989 ? in Kansas City, KS
I am searching for siblings of my adoptive daughter. She is hoping to reunite. The girl born on 1/27/1989 was my daughter's oldest sister. My daughter & at least 2 siblings were taken into foster care. If my info is correct, this oldest sister was in foster care & may have just aged out of the system. Please contact me.
