Was the best man in wedding in 1959 and dated a girl in that wedding party. They applied for marriage liscense in Jackson County, MO, but didnt go thru with it.

He majored in jounalism, likes to hunt. He is of Scotch, Irish and English nationality. Religion is Baptist. Worked for state highway dept for 3 summers in 60's. Father was also employed in state hwy office. Has two brothers known of, ages appr 64 and 52 now.

In highschool, he played basketball and football. Active in drama and college newspaper staff. He enlisted in the army? for 2 yrs.....prob around 62-63?

Believe he is from a nearby state of MO (is what non-id info stated). Thinking Iowa? Kansas? but not sure. If anyone has any info please message me. Thanks.

Go to www.privateeye.com and put in his name and leave the rest blank, including the state and see if that helps you.

Thanks, I have checked this some.....kinda hoping Leroy or someone knowing him will read this, seems I don't have enough info to narrow down leads. I see some on here that would be the right age though...will have to find numbers......thanks again.
