Seeking Paternal Gandparents. Did you give up a son in 1955?

My new grandson's father was born the summer of 1955 in New Jersey and given up for adoption by a divorcing Jewish couple. He was adopted by another Jewish couple. Both adopted grandparents are deceased. My sweet little grandson deserves to know and love all sides of his family.

Could you be his paternal birth grandparent?
