My name is Valerie Kay Mulligan-adopted out through Hillcrest of Decorah, I believe...I was born in Waukon, IA, August 7, 1968 on my birth certificate my adopted parents have...did the state used to put the actual birth date or the date you were adopted on adopted birth certificates? I found you from adoption.com and saw you were looking for your adoption parents
online. I can't help you out with them, but I think you might be able to help
me. If I'm correct,I think you are my birth mom! The description of you sounds
so much like me and I'd really like to meet you sometime.

I was born in Grundy Center, IA September 19, 1987. I have blonde hair, blue
eyes, 5'4, a slender body shape & am 125 lbs. I just turned 21 this last year.
