Looking for my half brother.
I am looking for my half brother. He was born in Iowa. Most likely in Tipton, Ceder Rapids, or Davenport. Somewhere between 1958/64. Our dad's name is Bernhardt Tholen. Dad told my mom that he was in highschool when he got is girlfriend pregnant so my half brother was born when they were still in highschool or just after they graduated. Our dad went to Tipton High School. I'm not sure about his mom. Dad and his mom broke up before or shortly after he was born and dad moved to california. I was born in 1986 so my half brother is quite older than me. I estimated it at about 22 to 28 years older. I don't know much information. If someone could tell me where to start I would really appreciate it.
