ISO adoptee (F), DOB: 1972, IA
Bmom and daughter are searching for an adult adoptee, born in Des Moines Iowa, February 1972. Birth certificate after adoption decree probably shows a different Iowan city, possibly Scott county or Davenport city (do they show cities on Iowan birth certificates?). Adoption was handled by Lutheran Social Services (now called Lutheran Services of Iowa), who handed it to Hillcrest Family Services (finalized by Hillcrest). Mom was told a white couple in Davenport were adopting the baby. She was healthy, bi-racial (German-American and Ugandan descent).
