I hope the right person sees this and ends my brothers search for his father and his fathers family. But here is goes it might be a long shot but you know what it is worth the try. My brother was born in Honolulu Hawaii on Dec. 7th 1962, on Pearl Harbor Day. From what my brother and I was told was that his father was from Iowa or Idaho not sure so I was posting on Iowa and Idaho site, but he met my mother in Honolulu Hawaii and was in love and had my brother . There were several pics taken of my brother and his father on a motorcycle and one of the three of them next to his fathers motorcycle , from what I was told that my brothers father and his parents kept sending cards and gifts to my brother when we moved to Kansas from Hawaii but my Mom kept sending everything back or just got rid of them. But any way the letters stopped because I'm sure he figured that my mom didn't want anything to do with his father anymore but it was because she had married our step father and didn't want to disrupt things. Our mom passed away 2yrs ago and it has taken me and my brothers wife 3yrs to get my brother to try and search for his Dad, he always thought that his father didn't want anything to do with him so he was angry and didn't want to talk about it. So please I just hope someone out there that sees this and knows someone that is looking for there son whom they fathered while being in Hawaii in 1962 gets in contact with us . He wants to find his dad and put an end to this now that he knows that his dad did try and stay in touch with him . But if this helps he was named after his dad William Marvin that is what we were told but you know how that goes. Please help us find my brothers father.
