Heart ISO birth 1/2 brother last name FRAIN

Hi everyone. I am searching for my husbands half brother. He was born in Iowa, but I don't know if he is still there. His last name is FRAIN. He was near the Council Bluffs area. Any one with this last name in that area, I would gladly welcome any information, you might be able to share. Here is a little back ground, he would have been born somewhere between 1967 - 1971. His mother and father were divorced, and his father was remarried and now has 3 other children. A boy and 2 girls. They lived in Oakland Iowa, and have some family still there. (Johnson is their last name). They all live in PA now though. My husband and sisters really would like to find their brother David. He is really thought about often. We don't even know if he knows that he has other siblings.
