Adopted brother during depression in Iowa

I am looking for the youngest brother who was adopted out during the depression in the Cedar Rapids Iowa area. His mothers name would have been Mary Margarett Winans and then later remarried as Emrich. He had 2 older brothers at the time. Please help as we have lost all family members except one and we desperately would like to reunite my 2 uncles. dwest44575@sbcglobal.net
