I AM AN ADOPTEE LOOKING FOR AN ADOPTEE WHO WAS BORN IN CEDAR RAPIDS IN 1966 AT MERCY HOSPITAL ON DECEMBER 19TH. THE CHILD WAS A MALE BORN TO A VERY Y0UNG AND BEAUTIFUL MOTHER. THE MOTHER WAS ABOUT 15 YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME. THIS WOULD BE MY FULL BLOOD BROTHER. I WAS BORN 17 MONTHS LATER IN WATERLOO, IOWA AND ALSO GIVEN UP FOR ADOPTION. I HAVE MY BIRTH PARENTS NAMES AS WELL AS MY BIO MOM'S MAIDEN NAME. ALL I HAVE FOR MY BROTHER IS A DATE AND PLACE, I HAVE NO WAY OF GETTING ANY INFO DO I?? MY BIO FATHER IS ALIVE AND WE HAVE MET BUT HE REFUSES TO ASSIST ME WITH ANY SEARCH. HOW CAN I GET ANY INFO? THIS MEANS SO MUCH TO ME, I HATE TO GIVE UP HOPE BUT IT IS LOOKING GRIM. ANY IDEAS??? I am looking for birhtmom. I am 37 born 10-14-65 in DesMoines,Ia. My name on a paper I found was Patricia W. My adoptive parents named me Carla Ann McAllister. I have a brother and we know we have the same mother and different fathers. My brother was born 1-26-67, he was born in Albert Lee, MN. Question looking for female sibling born7/25/59
During the search for my natural mother(I was adopted 6/26/60 in C.R.Iowa) it was revealed to me that my mother also gave birth to an illegitimate daughter on 7/25/59. Whether she kept this daughter is unclear.It IS a question to ponder, in what circumstance in 1959 a single woman would keep her first illegitimate child but not her next. So if anyone knows of a 43 year old woman not sure of her origins, please have her contact

I too was born at St. lukes in cedar rapids On 1/6/61 The adoption was handled by a lawyer.

Just found this site, and saw this posting! I have birth certificate number but no names have the Dr name and time of birth! Have been searching for 4 years. Need medical information!
