Request your birth records from St Lukes using 'baby girl' and the last name. They will provide you with your birth records which will have your birth mothers name on it. Being that its an adoption, they may conceal the birthmom's name, but you may also get lucky. I got lucky. They crossed her name out on every sheet except on the newborn identification.
