ISO birthsister born February 1972, Des Moines Iowa (but adoption was finalized in another county of IA). She is bi-racial. Mom originally German-American. Father originally Ugandan. Both college students at time of birth. Agency used: LSI (lutheran social services) and Hillcrest Family Services (finalized by Hillcrest). Please contact me if this sounds like you.
