special needs
Hi, I'm new to this list but not to adoption, we adopted 2 daughters in 2001 from Russia. My question concerns adopting again... we want to adopt special needs/ hard-to-place, but most countries have family size restrictions and we have 8 at home. I've seen other families do it, how do they get approval? We would like to go back to Russia or Bulgaria or Korea.

Hi! Most of the people who post here seem to be foster or foster-adopt parents. You might have better luck posting in the international adoption section. Good luck on expanding your family!
