waiting children...@ Commonwealth
recently received special needs bulletin from above agency....they have a batch of wonderful kids....for those who are interested in adopting such a child.
In particular, there is a beautiful 4 yr old...that has captured my heart........her r leg is amputated/deformed rt hand fingers/wears peg leg.... If I were a lot younger she'd be the child I'd adopt. Hope someone takes a look at these kids....and Dasha in particular....

I read your post, but I do not know who Commonwealth is. Could you please post if they are an adoption agency?

Commonwealth Adoption International....(CAI) is an adoption agency...they advertise on this site...
they have a small booklet "advertising" some special needs kids. commonwealthadoption.org
