Hawaii-U.S. Passport/Papers
Hello,
We are adopting from Taiwan and it appears that are only option in receiving an expedited U.S. passport and our son's citizenship papers is to fly to Hawaii from Taiwan and onto our overseas residence. We've been told this process can take 1-2 weeks in Hawaii. Has anyone gone through Hawaii to get their child's paperwork completed? Thanks!
