I need information about the Frank Adoption Agency

I have decided to adopt a child. And am trying to decide if I should adopt from Russia or Guatemala. I am leaning toward Russia, but first would like some information on the Frank Adoption Agency. Has anyone worked with them? I would be grateful for any feedback.
