UK citizen need Visa 4 Poland??

Mu=y husband and I are planning to adopt from Ukraine. I am a US citizen, however, he is a US permanant resident who has citizenship in UK. Do you know if he would need to apply for a visa to enter Warsaw Poland when going to the US Ebassey?? Thank you for any information...
