Student Visa's for older orphans

My husband and I are unable to adopt at this time, but we were wondering about sponsoring older children (ages 15 and up) who wish to come here to the USA to continue their education. We were wondering if anyone has any experience with bringing older children over here on student Visa's. We don't have a clue where to start!
