I just wanted to make everyone aware of the new book: WAITING FOR ME by Jodie Peyton.
This is my first book. It is meant to give hope, and inspiration for those who are thinking of adopting, or currently on the long journey to adoption. I know how it feels to want a child so badly...the waiting, emotional stress, and possible depression. When I went through this I felt like I was the only one. I know I definately wasn't. I would hold onto any positive information I could get. Hearing true stories of real people who actually adopted inspired me. Since our Russian adoption, people kept telling me, "Wow! You should write a book!" I finally did. I talk about our feelings when finding out we couldn't have a baby all the way through to the point where we place our new adopted baby in her bed for the first time. I hope this book give those who need the support, some hope during their experience.
