My parents have been in the process of a russian adoption and have just chosen an 18 month boy. But now they are told its going to cost them another 12000.00 dollars. They are pretty much spent out and were complety unaware of the extra cost. Does anyone know of any financial help that is offered pre-adoption? they were suppossed to be going to Russia in Febuary and may have their hearts broken if this doesnt go through. I'm not sure if they can help and I'm not exactly sure where it was...
