My husband and I have made the decision to adopt and now I am in the "homework" process of researching the agencies. I have found a few that I was not impressed with and after researching them further, I have found that my instincts were right.

As most of you know, this is a very trying process so I want this to go as smoothly as possible. I know that most people say that your experience all depends on the agency that you choose, so I am looking for help in choosing an angency. Can anyone recommend any agencies that they have used and liked?

We are adopting from Russia.
