My husband and I would like to adopt from Eastern Europe. Does/has anyone worked with or aware of an agency that is cancer survivor friendly? We have been hearing conflicting statements on medical requirements from multiple agencies. Thanks a bunch for your assistance.

Please be aware that it is often the foreign country that is not comfortable with cancer survivors. Remember that, in many countries, the medical resources we have in the U.S. are lacking, and people with cancer are more likely to die. So many people in those countries aren't used to the fact that, for example, there are Americans who had breast cancer and who are alive and well ten years later.
